Beginning with the 2024/2025 school year, FinalForms will be used to enroll new students and for updating annual forms and for athletic forms.  To enroll a new student please go to www.crestwoodlocalschools, click on the Quick Links and choose the 2024/2025 New Student Registration link to register a student who is either new to Crestwood or currently withdrawn from Crestwood.  To fill out the annual forms for a current student, click the 24/25 Returning Student Forms link.
